Dine at the most breathtaking oceanfront setting in Kapalua Resort. Peter Merriman Chef/Restauranteur has brought his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Maui. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. Although we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room, we do have other options available. Please email reservations@merrimanshawaii.com for groups larger than 8 people.For a more casual dining experience, join us at The Point, our oceanside dining location offering a casual menu.     We had a great meal on Christmas Day! Our server was excellent…I wish I had gotten his name. We weren’t rushed at all. One thing to note and the management might want to consider: we had a small dog with us and when I looked on website to see if they were dog friendly, I could find anything about that. When I called they said it wasn’t a problem and indeed it wasn’t an issue. They may want to add that information to their website for future guests (apologies if it is there and I just missed it). Thank you for the great day!

    We always make it a point to eat at Star Noodle when we come to Maui. It never disappoints. We had miso butter fish, short ribs, and the vegetarian version of the Vietnamese crepe. Everything delicious. We were there for dinner after it was dark, so while we couldn’t enjoy the beachfront views, we could hear the waves crashing. So relieved this happening spot survived the fire.

    We sat along the railing overlooking the gorgeous ocean sunset as boats pulled up to the sand. The views, food and service were amazing!

    We enjoyed the meal. The hula pie was not as good as usual. The cookie crust was very thin and the hot fudge was considerably less.

    From the moment valet opened the door until the end of the evening, absolutely everything was “over the top”!!! The service, menu, food, dessert and views were amazing… the grounds were impeccable as they are getting ready to welcome and host the Champions Tour. Compliments to the chefs for the flavors and freshness❤️🎄
