I love DeSimones. The steaks/prime rib are great with fantastic sides and even better service. The restaurant is located inside Nevada's oldest running casino and the decor fits so well. It has an old school feel and isn't trying to be modern or fancy. I think they've created a unique and comfortable space with great food and people. One of my favorite restaurants hands down.

I came here after ten yearsI had a great impression back then so I wanted to revist when I am back to Vegas Food selection is huge Too much food Price has increased since 85 dollar for adult and 50 dollars for kids. This is without tax service and tip So very pricy I am not a meat eater or a big sea food eater my husband daughter both ate suchi crab legs and brisket steak and they loved it I can comment on veggie options Pizza and pasta and salads selection r great my son is a picky eater and hence they did not have plain cheese pizza or french fries so they can make items even if not displayed in the menu which was great for my son The chinese section had alot of Veggie options I fell in love with the glass noodles ( ate two plates) and also veggie role yummy I have to say that the desert were not as good as I recall I remember they had yummy chocoloate lava cake( now way smaller and not good) and they had thr pistachiu lava cake that was woow. Did not have it yeaterday and not sure if they make it. We tried alot of deseet. Creme burlee was so good and also liked taro cake pudding was yummy. The rest were average or below. Coffee was good and our server was excellent

Hells Kitchen Caesars was good. Our server, Marina was excellent!!! She went over everything on the menu. Didn’t make us feel rushed at all. It was sad that the restaurant isn’t more like the show. On the website they make sure to say to dress business casual. That’s not the case. People were dressed VERY casual. So don’t stress over that. It was a nice experience but think it’s one and done.

Indoor/outdoor ambiance with tables that have a fire in the middle to keep you warm. The food is excellent and they give you full plates

Took my mom here for brunch to celebrate her birthday…food was delicious!! Our server was delightful…I just wish I had remembered that it was a Sunday and that football was going on—it was slightly louder than was comfortable (but that was my poor planning).
