Chef Director Björn Weissgerber serves a diverse menu inspired by the Oceans of Asia, with a particular focus on Japan – sushi, sashimi, tiradito, tempura and robata.     It was wonderful. The only negative id mention is that i did make a note that it was my husbands birthday dinner, and i think that wasn’t translated to our server- we had pre agreed with the restaurant to have a little something brought out that’d say happy birthday. But we were so full with the good food by dessert time anyway, so it didn’t ruin our evening.

This Mediterranean haven offers not only a great view but also exceptional service that makes you feel truly pampered. We celebrated our anniversary there and started our culinary journey with the sea bass carpaccio, which was an absolute delight—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The highlight of our meal was the whole branzino, cooked to perfection with a crispy exterior and tender, juicy flesh.
