Marky's Caviar Lounge located within The Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock, is a fine casual dining restaurant and cocktail bar. Chef Buddha Lo former Eleven Madison Park and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay London alum as well as the current Executive Chef at Huso New York has designed the menu by incorporating Modern American techniques. Everything was exquisite from start to finish. Started with the Capriccio’s Calamari and Caprese. The Caprese was amazing. Then the music started from the corner piano. Later the owner sang a few songs and he was great! For main course had the Veal Capriccio with an unbelievable cognac sauce with wild mushrooms. My brother-in-law has been going there since they opened over 30 years ago. The service was prompt and very friendly. Can’t wait to go back! I’d give it six stars if I could!!
