1700° Steakhouse is a sophisticated, high-end restaurant featuring Midwestern prime, dry aged and certified Angus beef, seared to perfection in our 1700 degree broiler. The menu also has an abundance of the finest sustainable seafood from which to choose. A place to see and be seen, this steakhouse is every bit as comfortable as it is refined. Large windows overlook Market Square, eight foot high glass wine cabinets showcase a substantial wine selection and feature photography walls, natural faux leather and cowhide finishes adorn the space.
