We do not believe in premade, mass produced food. We source locally grown or raised products whenever possible and use one of the cleanest natural burning resources to heat our ovens. At SLYCE less is more, as our fresh ingredients are delicately placed, not piled on, to create a perfectly balanced pie. Our dough is made in house daily, hand stretched to order, and baked next to a burning pile of coal giving it a thin, bubbly crust with charred edges and leopard spotting on the bottom.     We've been enjoying scrumptious meals and fabulous wines at CH for over 26 years and tonight's meal was next level. We ordered the Surf & Turf (1 with lobster, 1 with shrimp) and swooned over every bite! We were celebrating our anniversary and every employee who made contact with us wished us a Happy Anniversary, and our server, Nellie R, even brought us each a free glass of bubbly for a toast! We felt welcomed, special, and had a most wonderful dining experience. Nellie was busy but made sure we were well taken care of and offered great recommendations. I'm a Wine Club Member and took home several great selections, 2 new wine glasses, truffles, and several bottles of Christmas Red Spiced Wine for our daughter in upstate NY...her annual Christmas gift request. Love CH!! P.S. Our reservation was on a Tuesday, at 4:30pm, and both the restaurant and wine tasting area were very full...that says a lot about how customers love this place! Everyone was happy and having a great time!!

    Every aspect of our dining experience at Crystal Lake Junction was wonderful! From the hostess, who greeted us with a smile, to the gal who took our drink order, to our awesome waiter (who doubled as the bartender!) the service was outstanding and our food was delicious. We will definitely return the next time we find ourselves in Crystal Lake!

    Always a great experience and one of our favorite local restaurants. Reminded of downtown when you visit with evolving seasonal drink menu and quaint vibe. My only critique is to change up the menu once in a while.
