The service is always top notch and their food is always impeccably prepared. Their wine list is excellent and cocktails are always deliciously prepared. They already give 20% of the bill to support the student servers, which I don't object to, as I like to help them in their education. But that should be made more clear before even more money is solicited for the same cause, when you prepare to pay. Not one for flowery tasting teas, I adored the "Paris" blend.
