The first Oven Restaurant, located in the heart of downtown Lincoln, has been around since 1988 and owned/operated by a dedicated family of chefs who have been creating Indian cuisine for over twenty seven years. Another incredible dining experience at Dish! We celebrated my husband's birthday with family and shared a few starters - our favorites were the mussels + chorizo, duck fat potatoes, and beets + apples. Our server was great, explaining different dishes and cocktail options. I thoroughly enjoyed the tofu entree, which included delicata squash and red curry. I love the details that go into setting Dish apart from other spots in Lincoln!
