Visit us on Ribbon Ridge, where we have something for everyone!At Trisaetum Winery, we specialize in Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay and Sparkling Wines. Daily, we offer a selection of flights, each with five wines you can enjoy in our art gallery tasting room or out on our covered patio. The tasting fee is $45-50 per person and fees are waived with a minimum purchase.We are also home to Brixeur Spirits, which was started by the team at Trisaetum in 2020. With vodka distilled from estate grapes, gins with locally foraged botanicals, and whiskeys aged in a mix of used Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Riesling casks, our approach to the distillation and aging of spirits is heavily influenced by our winemaking roots. Spirits tastings are offered in the cottage on weekends, and in the wine tasting room daily upon request. Twice a year some old friends from Chicago visit their son & his family in Portland, and we always meet halfway (I live in Newport) for lunch while they're in Oregon. Over the years we've gone to many of the fine vineyards & restaurants in the wine country but always gravitate back around to Dundee Bistro, not only for its fine cuisine but also for its stylish yet comfortable ambience, its seating options (we like to be outdoors in summer, by the fireplace in winter), and its attentive but never intrusive service.

Our absolute favorite restaurant! Brought my brother here and he was amazed by the food too. Hands down best Italian food and love the fresh pasta! Our waiter was so friendly and nice and love the atmoshpere. We all loved every dish we got and can’t wait to go back!

A lovely and quaint bistro in Carlton! The wine selections were all local (in fact, the winemaker of the wine we chose was there for dinner the same evening)! The chef comes around and chats with his customers in a kind and fun manner. And the FOOD! Absolutely delicious! Perfectly prepared and timed beautifully!
