Wild Ginger has been a staple in the Seattle food scene since 1989 - serving authentic Southeast Asian cuisine, craft cocktails, and more. Palace Kitchen offers an open kitchen concept to allow guests to watch the chefs at work. Settle in for dinner at one of the booths or our horseshoe shaped bar with low, intimate lighting and enjoy fresh, seasonal food that is served late into the night. Diners at Palace Kitchen love the whole trout, rotisserie chicken and burger royale that are grilled over the apple wood grill in house.Palace Kitchen offers late night dining with a full menu until 12:00am and bar until 1:00am. Another great experience at 2120! I made a reservation for a team holiday party and they were more than accommodating with 1) giving us a slightly separate space so we could celebrate and do a gift exchange without annoying others, 2) understanding when numbers fluctuated even the day before, and 3) helping us preorder appetizers so there was no waiting. Service was excellent and the recommendations were on point. They even went so far as to graciously bring us a trash bag for holiday gift wrap. We appreciate you 2120!
