We arrived about 10 minutes early only to be met with another 30 minute wait. We ended up sitting at the bar where we were served. The bar tender on Christmas Day did a wonderful job. He was super busy with no help, serving customers at the bar as well as making drinks for other orders and doing all the dishes. The food my husband received was very good, my potato was not fully cooked. So in reality, we would give the bar tender a 10 but a lower score would definitely go to the restaurant for the food and not being prepared for a large crowd, especially since they were making reservations every 15 minutes for who knows how many people.
