Excellent steaks, well prepared. Sides were great and vey generous. Service was perfect. All in all, great place for a good meal, right on the River Walk.

Think I found my new local Italian restaurant. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Food was unreal good! I’ve been to Italy a few times and in my experience, Battalion is the closest, when it comes to traditional Italian food, here in San Antonio. The dumplings alone are something I’d go back for. Portions, sauce to food ratio, drinks, everything is near perfection! Only think that would’ve made the experience better, is more intimate setting and the staff recognizing it wa sour anniversary (included that through the OpenTable app)
