PISTACHE is a Parisian-style French bistro with a Mediterranean twist. It serves simple, delicious meals made with fresh, local and imported products. It seats 180 people and is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.Prices are moderate and the recipes nutritionally healthy. Service is casual and efficient. The atmosphere is upbeat with a definite European flair. The interior is reminiscent of the Art Nouveau, which defined most brasseries and bistros opened in 1920"s Paris. It boasts cozy seating with numerous red leather banquettes, a full bar and giant antique mirrors. The restaurant has a feel of "Always been there". It is classic, retro-modern and sophisticated but unpretentious.The outdoor patio overlooks Centennial Park, the Fountains and the Intracoastal Waterway. Since 2001, we have been located in downtown West Palm Beach, in CityPlace. Our original location was surrounded by grand fountains, which inspired our name. However, as our popularity grew, so did our need for space. And, after 23 years, we moved into our new home, which is just steps away from the old one. Our new space is beyond our wildest imaginations. Starting in the kitchen, we have every amenity a chef could want, allowing us to serve a wide variety of classic Italian dishes, including homemade pastas, handcrafted pizzas, and mouth-watering seafood and meat entrees.     This was such a surprise! Food was great. Service and ambiance were amazing. We had 3 different meals and all were delicious. Grilled shrimp, Roasted Half Chicken and Petit Filet. The Butterscotch Crème Brûlée was the best dessert I’ve had in a while. Don’t miss the Chocolate Chip cookies either. They were delicious too. All in all, this was surprisingly such a wonderful meal. Definitely exceeded our expectations. We will revisit soon.

    We were a group of 7 and sat outside! Waiter was great and the food was fresh and very tasty. However we sat next the bar and the noise level and rowdiness can be a bit much depends on who is at the bar. I suggest you don’t sit next to the bar if you’d like to have a convo with people at your table. Love the pasta and pizzas!

    Bice is one of our favorite Italian restaurants in PB. The food, service and ambience are outstanding and presented in an upscale setting. Bice consistently delivers an excellent dining experience that never disappoints. The wait staff is courteous and very professional.

    Just a fabulous experience here tonight. We dined here this evening to celebrate my birthday. Our party of 4 split the macaroni and cheese appetizer and then 2 of us had the brick chicken and 2 had the filet. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. Service was impeccable. We will definitely return here the next time we are in Palm Beach.

    Consistently great. Homemade pastas cooked perfectly. Scallops were wonderful. Mussels have a wonderful sauce and are a great appetizer to share.
