THE CELLAR GRILLE was absolutely amazing last night. Everything was perfect from the staff to the menu and atmosphere. I highly suggest the butternut squash ravioli (trust me it’s amazing). The chicken Marsala was great and the bolognese sauce was perfection. We followed dinner up with complimentary limoncello shots made in house. Sebring really needed an upscale dining experience and the cellar nailed it! They are still reservation only through OpenTable as they are still training staff and getting everything perfect for your visit! Shout out to Sabrina our waitress and Eddie the general manager for such an excellent experience

We frequent Michelin Star rated restaurants wherever we travel. The Perfect Caper is absolutely serving on this caliber. Upon entering you are greeted by a gracious host who immediately found us a spot at the niche bar, which was quite busy. The bar has lively attendants who serve great house stuffed olive martinis. From there our host escorts us to our cozy table for two where we enjoyed a Christmas Eve designed menu. Lobster/Palm heart salad, crispy fried shrimp over avocado and delightful healthy portion of a lemon drizzle and finally our perfectly seared scallop topped with crab and an artful creation of candied lemon, a lovely surprise taste; all over black rice and baby bok choy. The meal ends with a Carmel butter tort that we will long remember as the “best dessert we’ve ever had.” Special mention to Mary Jane, our server who delivered our courses with a flair worthy of a starring evening!

Davis was simply the best! He was attentive, funny and engaging! Drinks were top notch! Apps on point! Atmosphere is always fabulous!!!

Thank goodness it was a lot less salty than our last visits from over a year ago! For years I complained about them using too much salt (as bad for you as sugar). We finally just stopped going when they still oversalted every single dish! This time we tried them again and as usual, I asked for low sodium. The cheese rolls were still salty on top, but the salmon bowl was not....thought they did also put the dressings and condiments on the side for me. I preferred the condiments/dressings on the side to use sparingly. Having high blood pressure is more the norm today so IMO, all restaurants need to be cognizant of the sodium aspect. The waitress was very good and the pace of the meal was too. The food was great and my sp Cod was humongous and tasty! We will be back!
