Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. We had amazing time. The area had no power after the storm, but the restaurant was on backup generators fully up and operational. Exceptional food and service (as usually).

We had a great experience for lunch with very delicious foods from a classic burger to chicken paillard to steelhead with fresh salads with homemade leek soup. Excellent service and we will return soon!

Husband and I made reservations for afternoon tea time. We arrived a bit early so grabbed a few cocktails that are crafted with unique ingredients. Amazing! Then off to tea time! Service, food, ambience and the live music was fabulous! We would return again!

Really good food and excellent service. Our server made very good suggestions which was important since this was our first visit. The only small knock is the cocktail menu. My drink was smallish and just didn’t measure up to the rest of the experience. We had read about the chicken thigh starter and it really was delightful. So was the mushroom side dish. Bang on good. The pork belly was fatty but I think that it was supposed to be. We’ll certainly return.

Food and service were top-notch. The restaurant has high-ceilings and an open kitchen so it’s a bit noisy, but not so much that you have to shout at your table. Try the grits!
