Our group started with tortilla soup in queso fundito , both of which were sublime. Our entrées included the chicken relleno, wagyu sirloin and a new addition to the menu, pan seared snapper. The sauce for the snapper was spectacular and one of our guests said it was the best chicken they’ve ever had. The steak was sliced thin and delicious and the potato with truffle butter was ridiculously good. The timing of the entrees was a little too close to the appetizers. Dustin, one of the managers, was attentive knowledgeable and walked us through the best things they had that were the best flavor and value. Josh our sushi chef made each item with delicate details. The appetizers were honestly our favorites from the meal, the foccaia, the crispy Brussels and the Spanish octopus. The trout and Utah elk were also amazing.
