El Barón is a cocktail bar that started operations on December 24, 2013. Juan, one of the partners, created the project due to the city's lack of bars and cocktail bars. Our concept is classic; we specialize in classic cocktails that are the basis of any cocktail bar.Alongside this, we have a seasonal menu to showcase global trends. We include details in everything we make, including the ice, decor, type of glassware, and the food that goes with our drinks. Our menu is classic and international. We can prepare a wide variety of classic cocktails and their variations. Our signature cocktails, such as Rosarito, Puro, Mojito Providencia, Cucumis Sour, and El Alacrán, have become our customers' favorites over time.
