Alongside him, Italy's best sommelier Francesco Cosci oversees a menu rich with over 1000 references of Italian bottles, the largest collection in France. In this room with a classic Franco-English style, where excellence serves emotion, chef Christian Le Squer shapes a cuisine of products, modern, elegant, and constantly evolving.
