The Hotel Fauchere features three dining venues. Our elegantly-appointed Delmonico Room with its vintage Hudson River School paintings, piano and light-filled sunroom, our Bar Louis, with cozy booths, a contemporary vibe and the famous gigantic photograph of Andy Warhol and John Lennon behind the bar and our heated front porch with awnings and wind break curtains . Please note venue preference, if you have one, and we will accommodate as we are able (not all venues are open at all times). The restaurant pays homage to our founder, Louis Fauchere, who began working as a master chef at Delmonico's in New York City in 1848. We had the best food in service that we have had in our region ever. The restaurant was crowded. It was hard to get a reservation and it was easy to see why. The food was NYC quality and the presentation was beautiful, not something we see often. The service was excellent. We love the industrial decor. The history of the building is interesting.

I ordered the Cornish Hen and it was phenomenal!!! The garlic mashed potatoes were so delicious as well. My wife ordered the Hogwild, which she orders often, and as always, she loved it. Our server, Mackenzie, was so sweet and attentive.
