Located in the heart of Janesville’s downtown, drafthouse, is a fun, high-energy downtown gastropub that celebrates the richness of American culture through its appetizing and progressive bar fare. Both the restaurant philosophy and menu offerings draw heavily from two barroom staples: beer and spirits.drafthouse is the downtown place-to-be for locals and tourists alike. Set in a warm modernist design, the restaurant and bar offer 24 draft beers, a wine list of over 120 offerings, the counties largest whiskey selection and an extensive spirt and cocktail list. The abundant windows show off the interior space to the downtowns successful relaunch.     I wish the brunch menu would have said "slab" bacon. It was much too thick to easily eat. I took it home and will chop it up and saute a bit for a salad topping. Our server was great, very attentive and answered my menu question. I had put down it was a birthday celebration never expecting for my niece to be served a dessert. It was a very pleasant surprise! Thank you!

    Service was unrivaled. The host was very professional, polite, friendly, and helpful. Our waitress, Ally(so?), was tremendous. Extremely polite, friendly, informative, helpful, and efficient. The view was incredible and it was perfect evening for Jacqueline's 18th birthday dinner with us
