Skyviews Restaurant is a full-service, largely self-supporting restaurant designed and operated to provide a hospitality laboratory experience for up to 50 students each week. Thanksgiving buffet was amazing. Food was top notch. I have gone to ather hotel buffet in the past but the food was ok but nothing to talk about. At Claraboya, WOW! I would absolutely book this again. Not only was the food amazing the staff was attentive and friendly. Exceptional service all around. Highly recommend.

Regan was great taking care of us. Food was hot and prepared correctly. Would suggest noting in menu that the tuna tostados are cold, not warm. They were very good, just did not expect them to have cold tuna. Both floor manager and Regan checked in with us the right amount of times to ensure we had a great experience. Ribs and steak and Tuna steak were all very good!

Food was good , service was slow (but they were very busy! Excellent dishes …we love the ginger sesame beef.
