Daniel's Broiler in Leschi features USDA Prime Steaks. Spectacular views of Mt. Rainier and Lake Washington are available from every table and outside waterfront dining is available during the warm weather. *A 20% service charge is included. 100% of this service charge is retained by Schwartz Brothers Restaurants. We strive to be an employer of choice and our servers are paid a base wage and a separate commission based on their sales. Additional gratuity is not expected and purely optional. We opened The 3rd BluWater Bistro location in the Leschi neighborhood on March 13, 2004. Mick McHugh handed the reigns over to us after 22 successful years of running the Leschi Lake Café. With a slight remodel we cozy'd up the place, added some fantastic rollback windows, high back booths, some flat screen TV's, and leather furniture by the fireplace. The menu reflects all the goodness that a cozy bistro should offer, including the ever famous & popular "Lake Side Café" Fish and Chips... gotta keep the neighborhood happy. Stop in for some brunch on the weekends or some late night food.

An understated storefront hides a coveted skyline view—just one of the many ways you could underestimate this longtime cafe on Mount Baker’s main drag. The menu, the sign—even the name—are a bit of a throwback, but current owners Guy Devillier and David Hoefer took over in 2018 and keep things attuned to today. Carbonara packs more nuance than you might expect, the slightly crackly pizza’s better than it has to be, and the bar pours lambrusco and negroni. No wonder tables are loaded with a diversity of diners.

    Everything was excellent from the moment we walked in to our departure! Food was a pleasant surprise and service was impeccable. Specialty cocktails could be upgraded. We shall return with friends!

    We were lucky to be sat at a great table to enjoy the trapeze show which is fun to see and a different dining experience. The ambience was warm and festive. Our server was lovely. She was friendly and helpful. The food was next level good. Our party enjoyed the lasagna, clam linguine, agnolotti and rigatoni with meatballs. All delicious. For dessert we had the sticky toffee pudding and the cake with pistachios. Also both delicious. Definitely recommend getting a reservation if you can!

    This has been my go-to restaurant for visitors and special occasions and every-day occasions as well. Always friendly staff, free parking, my kind of music, great food at affordable prices. Save room for dessert!

    Staff and service was excellent. Paid extra attention to note about celebrating my Mom's birthday. She really enjoyed her chilaquiles and mimosa. I ordered the pork belly Benedict but did not enjoy them as I'd hoped because the chipotle hollandaise was unexpectedly sweet. Not sure if they were made incorrectly or if there is a sweetener added, but if so then it should be listed in the ingredients. Had I known they were sweet and not spicy I would have ordered something else, but I ate them to not waste food. I'm sure staff would have been accommodating however ultimately this felt like a failing of whomever created or wrote the menu
