Adults Only 21+Michelin Guide Recommended Restaurant for 2022, 2023 and 2024The Barn Kitchen offers a refined take on rustic American cuisine. Executive Chef Jon Butler focuses on influences from the nearby Coachella Valley, and the Barn Kitchen brings small local farms and the unique aspects of the desert to classic American favorites. We aim to create simple, uncomplicated cuisine by showcasing fresh California ingredients. By creating a communal dining atmosphere, we invite all of our guests to make meaningful connections and savor each experience.The Barn Kitchen is open daily for lunch from 11 am – 2 pm and dinner from 5pm – 9pm. The bar remains open until 11 pm every day for hotel guests, serving a selection of microbrews, wine, and spirits. In the evening, gather around the fire pit for star gazing and smores. Outside guests must reserve a table for lunch and dinner.

King’s Highway is our desert diner, and celebrates the ineffable, bohemian spirit of the wide open West. Our seasonal menu is sourced from independent farmers spread across the Coachella Valley and Southern California. We reinvented an old Denny’s restaurant to celebrate its retro style and add fresh, modern updates. During renovations we unearthed a terrazzo floor, sandblasted the flagstone walls and re-covered the booths in saddle leather. We’re open all day, every day. The coffee’s hot and the beer is cold. Our popular dishes include ricotta pancakes, chopped salad and short rib ragu.**Please note that King's Highway operates on a "first come first served" basis between 7 am & 5 pm except for parties of 10 or more

"Your Pleasure is Our Pleasure!" Please join us at Bar Cecil for a delightful evening. We welcome parties of 5 or fewer guests (limited space for parties of 5). Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate larger parties.We book tables for 2 hours. Last dinner orders are taken at 9 pm and we close the bar at 10 pm. We've gone cashless and happily accept credit and debit cards.Due to our small size, tables with separate reservations can not be combined.     Absolute hidden gem in Palm Springs. Almost don’t want to let anyone know about it but it’s just too good not to share. The outside seating is simply beautiful, you are surrounded by beautiful citrus trees, we really felt like we were transported into a European village, maybe Greece (and I’m European so that’s saying something) as for the food….my god!!! The menu is so imaginative, delicate, fresh and just delicious. I tried things I had never tasted before and I LOVE that about a menu. We all ate something different (Fuyu Persimons, Market Greens, Spiced Cauliflower pita and The Barn Burger) and all four of us were blown away. The service…darn I didn’t catch her name, well she was fantastic, she even brought us fresh baked cookies as a treat, which were absolutely melt in your mouth! I can’t wait to go back and try everything on the menu. My new favorite restaurant in Palm Springs maybe even the whole valley!!!
