Sustainable meats, seven different types of grass-fed, grain finished beef cuts ranging from short ribs to blood sausage cooked over a wood-fired grill.     We LOVED this restaurant. We sat inside so we couldn’t see the movie, but that wasn’t really an issue. The restaurant itself was stunning. Our server David was absolutely lovely. He really made our experience. The food was great, we got the smoked salmon, burrata with pears, sesame chicken, and pork chop. Everything was delicious. For dessert we got crème brûlée and a sort of chocolate mousse. Fantastic. It’s an expensive date but you pay for the food and the experience. Would go again!

    Delfina has not lost any of its luster. The food was outstanding and the wines were wonderful. Just an all around awesome dinner. Been going there for 25y and it’s still as good as it was in the beginning

    Service overall good. The ceviche mixto, Morcilla blood sausage, and filet mignon were delicious. The tables are very close together, so we could hear other people’s conversations. I received a free dessert for my birthday, which was a welcome surprise.
