Volare's Italian Restaurant, in Rutherford, is a local favorite for its exceptional Italian cuisine made with fine ingredients and served in a warm and charming setting. The mussels bianco in a sumptuous white wine sauce and the carpaccio di manzo sliced raw beef with provolone, capers and arugula make delectable starter choices.     I came in with my sister for lunch. We were greeted by the sweetest hostess, and our server Jasmine was super friendly and attentive. Food came out quickly and was delicious as well. Cozy, excellent service, and excellent food!!! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

    Cafe Matisse was DELICIOUS and a FABULOUS experience ❤️ we were celebrating my daughter Rachel’s birthday. Everything was WONDERFUL❤️Chef Greg Power and Adrian were so GRACIOUS and WELCOMING to us.     We had an incredible dining experience at this Italian restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious every bite was a delight! The service was exceptional. The owner himself attended to us, providing friendly and attentive service while thoroughly explaining the menu options and the chef's unique preparation methods.
