Daniels Broiler features USDA Prime Steaks, the top two percent of all graded beef in the nation. A 20% service charge is included. 100% of this service charge is retained by Schwartz Brothers Restaurants. We strive to be an employer of choice and our servers are paid a base wage and a separate commission based on their sales. Additional gratuity is not expected and purely optional.     The meal was incredible. Service from Parada was attentive, friendly and helpful. Love Wild Ginger and the staff is always great. Always makes you feel good when the restaurant manager recognizes and acknowledges you! Keep up the great work!

    This was our first time dining at Daniel's Broiler and we couldn't have been happier. My husband and I celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary and everything from the cocktails to appetizer to dinner and dessert was absolutely delicious. Furthermore, we enjoyed the staff who were friendly, helpful and attentive. We requested a view or special table and had a beautiful view of downtown Bellevue where the street trees were illuminated with their white lights. We look forward to celebrating another special occasion at Daniel's Broiler!

    This is one of our favorite restaurants. We now live in Scottsdale AZ and make sure each time we come to Bellevue to dine at Dukes. The service is excellent, very knowledgeable staff, and the food is outstanding!!
