The traditional fare at Bully Ranch is hearty, flavorful, and has a little bit of something for everyone.The main staple of Bully Ranch is its selection of burgers and sandwiches, such as the 7X Colorado Wagyu burgers, the BFC - Bully Fried Chicken. Per HOA Regulations, all guests must vacate the restaurant no later than 11:30pm, this includes New Years Eve.La Bottega offers authentic Italian cuisine with the Chef Stephen Virion having worked in Tuscany and the Veneto regions of Italy. His wife, Elisabetta, is from Asiago, Italy and has crafted the wine list to compliment the cuisine.     We had an amazing dinner and can’t recommend this place enough! We shared the ribeye, which was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The sides were equally delicious; the Brussels sprouts were flavorful with cheese and nuts, and the asparagus was fresh and perfectly seasoned. For dessert, the key lime pie was the perfect way to end the meal—light, tangy, and absolutely delightful. The service was excellent—attentive, friendly, and professional. The ambiance of the restaurant is super nice and beautiful, making it an ideal spot for a special night out. We’ll definitely be coming back!

    This was an amazing place to have dinner while visiting Vail. The atmosphere was incredible - so many amazing presentations of food and drinks. They are SO family friendly..we came with two toddlers and still had an enjoyable time - the staff was so accommodating. Highly recommend for any families visiting Vail! We’ll be back.

    Chasing Rabbits was our choice for my wife's birthday and what a great choice it was ! The quality and presentation of our appetizers and entrees was simply top shelf. What a pleasure it was to dine where the kitchen is so creative. DO NOT mis the buttermilk ricotta! It's an appetizer, but I could have enjoyed it for dessert. Service was attentive and professional but not overbearing. Ambiance was mixed. Chasing Rabbit's decor was very attractive. only concerns: you;d men please remove their hats? And the music was just a bit loud. All in all a wonderful and memorable evening!
