The experience is elevated dining in a sleek and modern décor by NY designer Thom Felicia. We feature open air dining with a romantic view unique to the resort. The menu focuses on ‘new Caribbean’ cuisine with dishes that are light and delicious packed with lots of flavor with island inspiration. Infiniti highlights fresh ingredients and a menu that will comfort guests with items like jerk chicken or a Dungeness crab toast and satisfy with savory tamarind roasted salmon and grilled TCI spiny lobster (when in season) to name a few. Ceviches and sashimi style crudos are paired with local ingredients and asian inspired sauces to create a unique experience for Providenciales. Start with a mahi mahi ceviche in a thai red curry sauce before trying the sensational angus beef tartare with tobikko caviar.

Like Point Grace, Grace’s Cottage is an architectural gem, replete with bright white gingerbread trim and fretwork against shades of peach/coral with lime green touches. Grace’s Cottage features picturesque outdoor seating under gazebos, on the terrace and directly under the starlit sky. Just indoors is a magnificent space featuring a mahogany bar, antique yellow walls and dark stained ceiling.

An exceptional culinary experience awaits at Seven, featuring the island’s freshest seafood and steak, cooked with a blend of international flavors, spices, and techniques. Offering outdoor dining on the garden terrace or indoor dining in the air-conditioned dining room and bar. Or book the private "Tasting Room at Seven" and dine with up to 10 guests in a 2500 bottle wine cellar for a unparalleled dining experience. Tasting Room bookings are required 24 hours in advance by contacting thetastingroom@sevenstarsgracebay.com. Please note that Christmas Day, December 25th, 2024, and New Year's Eve, December 31st, 2024, we will not be offering our a la carte menu. Our 3 course menus are available to viewed on our profile or contact the resort. When bringing your own wine, our corkage fee is $100 per bottle, maximum 2 bottles.

This spring, Seven Stars Resort & Spa’s fourth and newest restaurant will redefine the very meaning of “farm to table.” An open-air setting designed to showcase the freshest flavors Turks & Caicos has to offer, The Farm will feature an array of vegetable-centric dishes with ingredients harvested from a state-of-the-art, on-resort hydroponic farm. Created in collaboration between two-time Caribbean Chef of the Year and Executive Chef Edwin Gallardo and renowned celebrity chef Amanda Freitag, The Farm’s creations will flourish with vibrancy—from curated herbs and leafy greens to bold microgreens and more. Brunch is served 6 days a week (closed on Thursdays) until 3PM. Join us for live music on Tuesday evenings (weather permitting) with our Sushi Soiree Tuesday; an extended sushi and dim sum menu priced to share. 6-9PM. When bringing your own wine, our corkage fee is $100 per bottle, maximum 2 bottles per reservation.

    Staff at Grace Bay Restaurants in general is horrible. They are all so rude from the moment you make the reservation on the phone because it says it’s all booked online….to the hostess. The server and Joel the bartender were very nice but the rest of the staff very rude and very idle. It took 38 minutes to sit and 1 hour to get our food. The only good thing in this place is the premises it is beautiful. But don’t expect good or friendly service.

    This was our second time at Embers in 2 weeks and we had another great experience. We were welcomed and sit to our table right away. The service was very efficient and the food very good. There was only one of the plates we ordered - a lamb and beef appetizer- that was burnt and dry, everything else was delicious. We will definitely go back.

    The food and atmosphere are the best the island has to offer. Service was very average compared to the cost. Expected not to have dishes sitting but to the servers credit she had no assistance.
