A Fantastic Dining Experience at The Daffodil Inn We recently visited The Daffodil Inn in Penrhiwllan and had a truly enjoyable meal. From start to finish, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with friendly staff who made us feel at home. For starters, we were impressed by the beautifully presented and flavorful dishes—each one prepared with care and using fresh, quality ingredients. They were the perfect way to begin our meal. The highlight of the evening, however, was the boeuf for two. It was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and packed with rich flavors. The portion was generous, making it ideal for sharing, and it came with well-thought-out accompaniments that complemented the dish beautifully. The setting of the inn added to the experience, with its cost yet elegant ambiance and stunning countryside views. It’s clear that The Daffodil Inn prides itself on both its food and its hospitality. We’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience in the area!

My husband and myself ordered the pork dish, for the price we paid we didn't expect the meat to be tuff it looked like it had been hammered flat with a tenderizing hammer which didn't have the desired effect. The menu also mentioned that the dish came with green vegetables, my husband was expecting a separate terrain of these vegetables because they were not visible on the plate he happened to stumbled across them whilst trying to saw his way through the pork. We didn't want to complain but probably in hindsight perhaps we should have the rest of the meal the starter the chips and everything else was absolutely beautiful but unfortunately the pork just let you down.

Took my stepdad for his 84 birthday and food was lovely and staff excellent. Especially want to mention Ethan who served us. Great personality and good with customers young and old! He is an asset to your business.
