We accept a limited number of reservations for parties up to 10 people up to 90 days in advance. Reservations are required for parties over 7 people, but optional for smaller group sizes. No reservations available? No worries! Smaller sized parties may join our wait list if there are no reservations available once we are open for dinner service at 4 pm. Guests may join the wait list by walking in or calling in advance of arrival. Lunch service is fast-casual, first come, first serve. No reservations or waitlist required. Pastabilities® restaurant has been happily serving our guests in Syracuse, New York for over 40 years. Our seasonal menus feature a full range of our homemade pastas, sauces, salads and the famous Stretch Bread from our bakery across the street. Foster a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and Charles E. Wilburn a graduate of Johnson & Wales University both chefs are well versed in their customers special dietary needs. Rogers green thumb and ambitions in the garden produce a number of different ingredients including lettuces, squash, beans, berries, apples, plums and tomatoes. Both chefs assist each other with the raising of their laying hens, meat chickens and turkeys ( NON GMO fed ) as well as tending to the restaurant's honey bees. The majority of the beef, lamb, pork and chicken used is locally sourced and pasture raised. we also focus on natural wild caught seafoods, and use NON GMO oils in preparation.

This is one our favorite Italian restaurants. We go on special occasions, it’s just very expensive, of course we will always go back, just not as often as we would like.
