Bata is a restaurant designed to celebrate the best our region has to offer. We cook over a live oak fire, on our custom fabricated hearth. Our menu changes daily. We mill AZ grown grain in house, daily. We focus on whole animal butchery, done in house. We have an extensive fermentation program. Our bar program largely focuses on wines that are organic, biodynamic, and produced with minimal intervention. The cocktail list highlights the best products of the season, with a carefully curated list of spirits from across the globe. We believe that our hospitality is just as important as the food and beverages we put on the table. We do not encourage our restaurant for young children. We do not have any highchairs in house and ask that you please bring your own if it is required. We do not offer any outdoor seating.     It was our first visit to Sullivan’s & it did not disappoint. Wonderful menu & beverage list. Hostesses were welcoming upon arrival & gracious upon our departure. Our waiter was Nico. Very pleasant. The rack of lamb was wonderful as was the filet mignon. - both were prepared to perfection. We would recommend Sullivans. An observation - interesting to see how other diners dress. Times have changed. Baseball caps & athletic attire apparently is a trend that is here to stay. Sullivan’s diners should treat the establishment with the respect it deserves. ( Just sayin’! 😊) Thank you Sullivan’s for a delicious & memorable dining experience.

    Great food. The panna cotta dessert was absolutely amazing. Steak and pork chop both perfect. The dipping sauce for the calamari was wonderfully flavored. Good service. Highly recommend this restaurant.

    Vivace is our special occasion place. It is expensive but the service is great, they have a good wine by the glass selection and 4 older women with very different tastes in wine and food can all find something they enjoy. If you’re looking for the latest trends in fine dining this may not be for you but if you want a carefully prepared dinner with top quality ingredients then Vivace is an exceptional choice.
