Ulu Kitchen by Merriman is an ocean front restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner service featuring local ingredients and recipes created by chef Peter Merriman. We have indoor and outdoor dining options, with a full bar, and the most prime dining views in all of Ka'anapali. The breakfast menu features classic favorites like Eggs Benedits, omelettes, pancakes, as well as some unique dishes like the cure (breakfast ramen) and our Hawaiian chilaquiles. Lunch features our signature smash burger, fresh ahi tuna poke bowl, tempura battered fish and chips, and a fresh local veggie wrap.Dinner has a seafood forward menu featuring Ahi Sashimi, Grilled Tako, Scallops, Mahi Mahi, Shrimp and Lobster Ravioli. Dine at the most breathtaking oceanfront setting in Kapalua Resort. Peter Merriman Chef/Restauranteur has brought his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Maui. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. Although we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room, we do have other options available. Please email reservations@merrimanshawaii.com for groups larger than 8 people.For a more casual dining experience, join us at The Point, our oceanside dining location offering a casual menu. The Point opens daily at 4pm, weather depending. Reservations are not needed or accepted for The Point. Happy Hour is from 4pm to 530pm at the Point and Bar.

We encourage walk ins and do not open all tables to reservations.Parking for Longhi's Kaanapali is free of charge in the Marriott Maui Ocean Club's Lahaina Parking Garage. The Garage is located on the south end of the Marriott, near the Hyatt. Make a right turn into the garage and drive to the gate, it will open. Park and take the elevator to ground level. Longhi's is to your right just over a small bridge. Longhi's has been family owned and operated for over Forty Seven years in Hawaii. Longhi's has two locations, each offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner.Longhi's offers an ala carte menu, featuring Italian cuisine, withspeciality products including organic meats, fresh Hawaiian seafood and produce.
