etch is a globally-inspired restaurant by award-winning chef Deb Paquette. The original location opened its doors in 2012 in lively downtown Nashville; the second location opened in fall of 2024 in The Factory at Franklin. The modern restaurant houses two private dining rooms, a full bar, and a chef’s bar, giving guests a look into the restaurants' culinary prowess.etch’s eclectic menu incorporates innovative dishes inspired by Deb and Executive Chef Jess Lambert's favorite regions of the world to leave a lasting impression, or etch, on every diner.     We loved this restaurant! The ambiance was cozy and upscale, which we wanted for our anniversary celebration dinner. The staff was outstanding, offering suggestions and quickly accommodating our requests. I cannot say enough about the food - every bite was delicious! The generous portions were too much to eat at the sitting, but we are VERY excited about our leftovers (packed up perfectly for us). Perry's is high-end but worth every penny. You will not regret dining there.

    It’s a fun place to go when I want to take my mom someplace fancy. It’s quite pricey. For a pizza and appetizer and a chefs board with mimosas for three of us was $180. Quite pricey.

    The standards that we love from Nashville location are available at Etch in Franklin- Roasted Cauliflower, Argentinian Beef Tenderloin. We ordered the tempura mushrooms which were a generous portion but we found to be a bit greasy. We loved the Smoked Potato Salmon Bowl with the perfect jammy shoyu egg! The Pavlova with pear sorbet and tangerine marmalade was a divine way to end our meal. The service was excellent!!

    Cork and Cow is, in a word, extraordinary, Their steaks ( I had filet) are so delicious, quite possibly the most flavorful, buttery soft beef I have ever had.) carrots side dish incredible!!! And the Thai yellow curry soup with a bit of jasmine rice and lobster was out of this world delicious Waiter Mike a joy Congrats on always getting it right and we will continue to go to C&C when we return next year to Franklin. Thank you for a WONDERFUL experience.
