Lovely afternoon tea as always, staff always friendly Oliver looked after myself and my grandma today and it was a pleasure had a chat and laugh. Oliver was professional and met our needs, he was patient and consistent he’s a credit to the team. The assembly house always has a pleasant atmosphere and a lovely presence from all staff members. Always welcoming which is lovely. We will be back for sure. Thank you.

Food was excellent, service was excellent ,great atmosphere

Jordan looked after us and could not do enough to make sure we had everything we needed. He took the time to talk to us, engage in conversation that was more than the expected ‘service’ and we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon tea for my Nannies 88th birthday! Food was deliscious making it all the more special!

Absolutely exceptional service. The new Breakfast menu is amazing and everything was delicious. I would highly recommend!

Second time of visiting and the food was superb, the salad bar was impeccable, fresh, clean and very well stocked. The meat was unbelievable, tasty, cooked to perfection and just kept coming. Brilliant night
