We have been to the Poached Pear many times and they NEVER disappoint. Our server Sandy was terrific and went above and beyond in serving us. Food was great. Its a DO NOT MISS Restaurant

The only issue was the tiny table where they sat us. It was weirdly narrow and uncomfortable. I should have immediately asked to be seated elsewhere.

My husband and I have been here several times and have never been disappointed. We came during the week and it was the perfect ambiance. Our server, Jeanne, was amazing as usual. The Asian calamari is our absolute favorite. If you like wine, don’t forget it’s a BYOB.

The food and drinks were nothing short of amazing. We started with the seafood tower, which was an absolute standout. The freshness of the oysters, shrimp, and crab was unparalleled, and each bite tasted as if it had been pulled straight from the ocean that day. For entrees, the scallops and lobster were cooked to absolute perfection. The scallops were tender with a perfect sear, and the lobster was buttery, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The balance of flavors and textures in each dish was truly impressive, showcasing the skill of the kitchen staff. To end the meal, the desserts were equally exceptional. Whether you’re a fan of rich chocolate, creamy custards, or fruity delights, their dessert menu has something for everyone. It was the perfect sweet ending to an already flawless meal. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was attentive without being intrusive, enhancing the overall experience.
