Drawing inspiration from the region’s history and natural surroundings, the 156-seat freestanding restaurant reflects elemental themes of wood, water, iron, and fire, reminiscent of the carriage houses and blacksmith shops that once dotted the landscape. The centerpiece of Forge & Vine is an eight-foot wood fired grill and open kitchen with counter seating where guests can enjoy dinner while interacting with the chef. We are an American Style Restaurant with a French flair located in the beautiful Manchester Mills in Manchester NH. **At this time we are excepting reservations for parties no larger than 6 people. There is no exception to this policy. Parties over 6 people may be booked by calling the restaurant. Any parties over 6 people will be sat at separate tables.**We accept reservations for INSIDE DINING ONLY. Reservation made with patio requests do not guarantee an outdoor table will be available upon arrival and may require an additional wait time.     Seated quickly and where we requested. Cocktails and food were excellent! Scallop app was SO flavorful. They were extremely busy but bar staff was moving really fast. Our server was just a little “cooler” than we are used to in the tavern. But service was good overall and I’ll chalk it up to maybe she had something personal going on. Other bar staff were all warm and friendly, even amidst the organized chaos of the incredibly busy night. We love the Tavern and I’m sure it will continue to to be our favorite dinner spot!

    This place is a hidden gem it is gorgeous food was awesome chef and server were as accommodating as possible for one person in our party who eats a vegan diet. Only thing I will say is if there could be even just 2-3 vegan menu options that would be amazing. Or even if certain things on the menu were just specifically called out as vegan, like certain salad dressings for example, that would be helpful. Would definitely come back and would recommend.
