At Gran Gusto, we pride ourselves on the best quality for a great price.We are a completely in-house production, starting with fresh, basic ingredients in order to create homemade bread to desert.Over 80% of our products come from Italy one time a week such as, olive oil, flour, truffles, specialty cheeses, bufala mozzarella for the Neapolitan-style pizza, ice cream and etc.

Its reputation has spread nationally with frequent out of town guests as well as Boston area locals.Giulia puts a particular emphasis on hand-crafted pastas, made each day on our custom-built chef’s table adjacent to the open kitchen.Best of Boston Italian Restaurant. Local purveyors, dry aged local beef, burrata di andria, stone milled flours, vegetarian options.Giulia is currently open for indoor dining and limited outdoor dining. Maria Rondeau and JuanMa Calderón of Boston's award-winning Celeste (Eater Boston's 2018 Restaurant of the Year and Esquire Best New Restaurant) and Esmeralda in Vermont (Esquire's 2021 list of Best New Restaurant in America), open La Royal, their newest Peruvian restaurant down the block from their Cambridge home. While at Celeste, JuanMa recreates his mother’s rustic home-cooking that he grew up with in Lima, his menu at La Royal explores the varied cuisines throughout Peru, offering original takes on dishes from the country’s different regions. They also bringing the same spirit of curation and collaboration from both Celeste and Esmeralda to this project… at La Royal, they've collaborated with professor and award-winning cookbook author Darra Goldstein on a selection of macerated liquors. Maria, a trained architect, has designed the space to create an inviting, lived-in feel, with the kitchen at the heart of the whole project.

Margeaux Supper Parlor presents a novel way to experience dinner by telling stories through cuisine. Guests are encouraged to order a themed trio of dishes, larger than tapas and smaller than big plates, to better experience the menu and recreate the familial bonhomie we associate with supper at grandma’s (when you were urged to try a bite of everything!). Recommended wine pairings are served in collections to mirror the entree trios. Margeaux Supper Parlor serves New American cuisine, blending dishes inspired by the two most historic port cities in the country: New Orleans and Boston. Dinner plates include: Tomato & Bacon Jam Deviled Eggs (topped with a fried Maine oyster), Lamb Lollipops with cherry reduction, Pumpkin Ravioli, Beef Wellington, Shrimp & Boursin Grits, and Maple Bourbon Steak Tips.Brunch is also served in themed collections and includes items such as: Quiche Lorraine, Fried Chicken & Sweet Corn Waffle, Eggs Benedict, and a Black Forrest Waffle.

    We had a wonderful time and so enjoyed our shared plates! The Focaccia, pickled corn pancakes, patatas bravas & grilled NY Strip were our choices. They all were amazing and true perfection! We shared the key lime mousse & smoked chocolate bread pudding for dessert which were equally outstanding! Can’t wait to return to our new favorite spot! Thanks for a perfect night!

    Our first time to Prima and it was a great experience. Katherine was our server and she was spectacular. She gave us great recommendations and was knowledgeable about the menu. We were running late for our reservation and the hostess could not have been more accommodating. We had the tuna crudo and meatballs. Tuna was fresh and the red sauce with the meatballs was chefs kiss* My boyfriend and I have just moved to the area and were excited to check out Prima, the hype is real. We can’t wait to return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Grill 23 on Valentine's Day was as spectacular as usual. We started out with the Seafood Tower, had a French Onion Soup, followed it with a Wedge Salad, and then the Rib Eye. Food was awesome as ever and the bread basket was filled with great goodies such as corn bread, raisin pumpernickel, and more. The extensive wine list provided a lot of choices and we started with a Paul Hobbs and ended with a Screaming Eagle.

    Love this place!!! Save your money on the flight to Rome and come here for this authentic Italian experience right in Cambridge!!! You can tell the food is fresh, it’s so delicious! The staff is amazing, I assume it’s the owner that comes around to check on the guests and even takes orders - brought us right back to Italy. Great spot for a date night, girls night or family dinner. The carbonara is SO GOOD!!! We even finished the meal with Limoncello, which was fabulous. MUST VISIT!
