Tullibee celebrates the lakes and woods cuisine that is so deeply woven into the fabric of Minnesota. Named for a fish native to our Minnesota waters, Tullibee is a tribute to our beautiful state and brings its fresh and authentic flavors to each dish we serve. Under Chef Marque Collins lead, Tullibee's new menu is curated with intention to allow guests to try multiple items on the menu. We will be serving more smaller portions of the menu items meant to be ordered many at a time on a rolling basis throughout the meal allowing guests to experience different options. This was a first experience for me and I sat in Char Bar. The waitress was great, she was accommodating and attentive. I throughly enjoyed the drinks. I had the teaches of peach drink and it was so well made and perfectly balanced. I ordered the blue crab beignets and they were absolutely delicious, so light fluffy and full of crab meat. For my entree I ordered the salmon and it was crispy on the outside and so soft and well cooked on the inside. The flavor was just right. I would definitely dine here again. There’s much more on the menu I’d like to try.

When you win a big award (James Beard) expectations are high. Young Joni lives up to the expectations. The food is delicious, the service warm and friendly, the photo booth a plus that says ‘you’re part of this place’ and the atmosphere easy and relaxing. I’ll be back.
