Head back to the Granite Lodge between 11:30am and 2pm any day of the year to unwind.     This was an off the cuff idea to go eat here. And I am so glad that we did. When you step in the door, there are already smiles from people. Happy to see you. After we led to our table, our server, DAIJAH, Was there with a big smile. This girl was remarkable. It felt more like family with the way she was talking to us, then just being customers. She was fun, entertaining, has a very expression full face, and a very winning smile. If you could ever get her table, take it. As for the chef, this is the first time I tried to bison and I was overly impressed. The food was amazing, the presentation was beautiful, and the flavor I still cannot get over. Daijah advised us that the chef wanted a picture. I don’t blame him, it was beautiful. We even had some amazing drinks. What I recommend the spot? An overall yes. I was there at 5 o’clock for dinner and it was perfect.
