Meadows Golf Course​附近的餐廳

Food was lovely but nothing that was unique or said holiday. Service was very good. I had a 1:30 reservation and some items were clearly sitting since the 1st service. Specialty breads slightly stale, potatoes lukewarm, took multiple passes thru toasting machine to actually toast. For the price, an average brunch. The pit ham was very good, however.

We had the loveliest Christmas Eve dinner. Neville was our server and made it so special.

Food was great - filet was cooked perfectly med rare, snapper was very flavorful, while lobster was fairly small, it was cooked to perfection. Service is always attentive. Best restaurant in Roanoke!

The Varsity Club gave us a great meal in terms of food. The She Crab Soup was good and full of crab. The Schoolhouse Salad was a great salad. We had the pork chop and trout. Both were excellent. The only negative was the service. I’m pretty sure there was only one server for the entire restaurant and the dining room was about 80% full. There were definitely some assistants, but only one woman was taking orders, etc. we waited 27 minutes before our order was taken. Food was great. But there need to be several more servers.

Great food, attentive wait staff and a soft, cozy ambience. A very nice way to celebrate the newest college grad in our family!
