It was Valentine’s weekend and our first visit. The server was Kiley and she was as sweet as could be, called us by our names the entire time, was very attentive without being at the table too much. The Chef came by and visited with us and said hello to everyone at the other tables as well and let me tell you about the food. It’s beyond amazing! We had the Steak Salerno and Tuna appetizer, snapper and grouper special and cream brûlée. One of the best meals we’ve ever had! We will be back and often!

Our 4th or 5th time back to Fiori. This feels like a hidden gem and I’m never sure why it’s not harder to get reservations here. The food is the best Italian I have had outside of Italy. The pasta and pizza’s homemade. The meatballs are brisket. The bruschetta choices were delicious. I haven’t had anything off the menu that I wouldn’t have again and again. It’s a family favorite and we bring everyone here. Highly recommended. Valentines dinner was the best!

Our food was wonderful. The environment was nice although the tables were a bit too close and at times felt uncomfortable with invading others space. This could have been due to it being Valentine’s Day. The best part was our server, Ignacio “Nacho”, he was friendly, knowledgeable, easy going. I felt like we had been friends for awhile which I think says a lot about his service. Top notch! Ps my husband felt the love in his heart shaped pizza! Yummy!

Nice Valentine Lunch. All the food was very good. The starter came quickly Tempura Brussel Sprouts in two sauces, so good and a generous amount for two. We created our lunch own surf and turf. The Lobster Roll and the Thai Beef Salad. The Lobster Roll was very tasty, the roll was so fresh and full of lobster. There was a side of Cole slaw and Pom frittes. The salad had marinated steak strips cooked medium rare,the salad was a spicy mix of noodles, carrots, lettuce and a couple of other vegetables mixed in a spice vinegary sauce. All very nice and very good - if you like spicy which we do. Non drinkers we had the locally sourced sugar cane root beer. So good. We finished off with the apple fritters, with some honey and whipped cream. All in all a very nice lunch. The server was quick and checked back several times. We want to return to try the dinner menu.

A beautiful restaurant in Flower Mound, the bar is a show stopper and the food was perfect. Served was attentive, a little new but I think they have been open only a few weeks. Did not sit on the patio but it is nearly fully enclosed with fireplaces and warm even on a cold night. Looking forward to another visit. Had the guacamole, Los Caminos Margarita and the El Flétan, fun place!
