BRINE, known for fresh oysters, crudo, and prime cut chops, is Caswell Restaurant Group’s second foray into the eclectic and innately New England dining scene of Newburyport, MA.     All of the entries was some of the finest I've ever had. Sea scallops were excellent, hamburger looked beautiful. Eight ounce filet mignon was excellent the appetizes: spare ribs, and buffalo mozzarella w prosciutto were also superb. Spaghetti bolognese was devoured. My halibut with lobster ravioli was very very good. There was actually a decent amount of lobster in the ravioli. Overall excellent and great service. 1 beer and soft drinks. All $304 w$60 tip came out to $60 each. Great food decent value. Can't go wrong. at Tuscan Grill

    Library dining I warm and quite intimate McKenzie our server took care of all diners here. Her timing on gliding from table to table is stupendous. The food expeditor took all the pressure off her. Bread bowl clam chowder a creamy filled with clams. Served hot. A garden salad was more than sufficient to serve two of us. Seafood casserole and Southwest Chicken entrees perfectly prepared. A team of personnel from greeting to leaving is well done.
