"Your Pleasure is Our Pleasure!" Please join us at Bar Cecil for a delightful evening. We welcome parties of 5 or fewer guests (limited space for parties of 5). Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate larger parties.We book tables for 2 hours. Last dinner orders are taken at 9 pm and we close the bar at 10 pm. We've gone cashless and happily accept credit and debit cards.Due to our small size, tables with separate reservations can not be combined. Please reserve online; if OpenTable is not showing availability, we're fully booked or it is more than 14 days out. We accept reservations up to 30 days out. A chic and sophisticated décor provides the setting for our distinctive "world cuisine", a provocative mix of zesty influences that creates a delightful dining experience in Palm Springs, California. Plush high-backed semicircular banquettes surround our dining room and offer comfortable and private seating.     Had a lovely Christmas lunch at Lulu California Bistro. There was lots to choose from on the fixed menu, including vegetarian choices, and the food was excellent. From the appetizer to the dessert, we couldn’t have asked for a better meal! My polenta and cauliflower steaks were delicious and generous and my friend’s prime rib was cooked perfectly and he said that it was the best he’s had in a long while. Lulu was a great choice!

    My spouse certainly enjoyed her fried chicken, and my son really like his burger. My entree salad with blackened salmon was tasty as well. Service was exceptional. Pricey, but the ambiance made it a worthwhile treat for us.

    How wonderful it was to spend this Christmas Eve with special friends at Eight4Nine. A true treasure in the desert. Food, service and ambiance just perfect! Our server Sean was on it. He couldn’t have been more welcoming and efficient. Eight4Nine you are loved by so many. Thank you for the marvelous times and memories!
