The Birdcage Restaurant and Bar drew inspiration from its leafy surroundings, in particular the beautiful Fig Tree that dominates the Kingsway Restaurant Precinct. This glorious tree plays host to many species of colourful birds and it is this vibrancy that embodies the soul of all we do and are at The Birdcage.     We ordered the seafood pasta steak frites and pepperoni pizza with the added cheese and hot honey, all dishes was delicious couldn’t fault anything had a beautiful valentines meal. Was served quickly and friendly by staff who was very helpful, food wasn’t a long wait either which I expected as it was so busy. Very lovely night we will be back again.

    Excellent service, we came with a baby in a pram and the staff were very accommodating. Service was attentive throughout our meal. The quality was excellent- the straciatella and kingfish crudo, fries with truffle sauce and salad were all delicious. We shared a rumbaba for dessert - as good as my parents made in the 70s! Great day out
