Seasoned is SUNY Adirondack’s student-run restaurant, located in the SUNY Adirondack Culinary Arts Center in downtown Glens Falls. SUNY Adirondack's Culinary students are trained by the college's highly skilled faculty, then put what they learn into action at the state-of-the-art learning center. Students learn the ins and outs of the restaurant and hospitality industries by working in all roles of the front of the house. In the kitchen and classrooms, they learn the art of creating delectable cuisines which are served to the patrons of Seasoned.Seasoned also hosts Collaborative Cuisine dinner series where the college partners with local beverage companies in New York State. Enjoy a four-course pairing menus curated and prepared by SUNY Adirondack Chefs Matt Bolton, Dynia Mariano and their Culinary Arts students, the events are elevated with informal informational talking points from the chefs and our regional beverage partners.     Was not sure what to expect after reading a number of reviews, thank goodness I didn’t let the negative ones put me off . Forno Bistro is my new favorite restaurant in Saratoga Springs , everything was excellent and the best Lasagna I have had in years . Service was great . Noise level was loud more due to a few large tables of diners enjoying their Christmas get togethers. Booking online was easy and convenient , and thankfully we pre booked as we would not of got a table it was a full house !!

    This was our first experience dining at Morgan & Co., and it did not disappoint. We were warmly greeted and seated next to the fireplace, and it was a cold and rainy evening, so this was much appreciated. The waitress (Fay) was a delight and very accommodating, service was timely, and the meal was absolutely heavenly! We both commented on the way home that this was a place we would be coming to again. Also a big thank you for the champagne toast to commemorate our big night!
