Our dishes are served tapas style and are meant to be combined and shared with others in your party. We have several dishes on and off our menu that are vegetarian and vegan friendly. Enter through the silver door on Miles Avenue to the right of Indio Taphouse. Due to our limited capacity, reservations are required for dinner service. However, we welcome walk-ins at the bar, based on availability, and encourage late-night walk-ins to join us when possible.To ensure that all our guests can savor our exquisite offerings, we allocate a 90-minute dining time for all parties.Please note that Italica is an adults-only establishment. We kindly ask that our guests be above the age of 18 and are dressed appropriately.We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with an exceptional dining experience.

Okura Robata Grill and Sushi Bar serves up a fusion of Japanese and California cuisine in a chic contemporary restaurant space that has an L.A./Hollywood vibe. Custom décor includes gold Kriskadecor chains hanging from the ceiling, a 4-foot high bronze Buddha and a life-size, petrified Japanese cherry blossom tree at the center of the restaurant. POM is Fantasy Springs Resort Casino's answer to casino cafes. POM features breakfast, lunch and dinner in an atmosphere that's light, airy and modern. Reviewers on Yelp.com give POM 4&1/2 stars out of 5 and for good reason. The food here is of top quality. Chef Freddy Rieger even gets herbs used for cooking and garnish from the garden just outside the restaurant's French doors. The food is inventive yet hearty and the service is friendly and attentive. Patrons can also order cocktails here they won't find anywhere else around Palm Springs. How about a Date Martini or a hand-crafted White Sangria?     WOW what a terrific dinner! We celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary and chose the Cliffhouse. Denise our server was warm and gracious, and our dinner was exceptional. I had the filet mignon, which was tasty and cooked to perfection, and my husband had the Wagu strip steak, and it was amazing. He also had the Ceaser salad and said it was the best one he has had and he orders them wherever we go. Praise to the new Executive Chef who has elevated the food to new heights!

    Wonderful meal. Waitress was excellent. Did asked to be moved to the main dining room instead of a back area with big parties with kids we were placed with initially, and they accommodated within 10 minutes.

    Very cool vibe , loved the ambience , and food was delicious . Small portions and hard to share ! Artichoke not so good and very small but all the other dishes Shrimp, penne vodka, chicken were delicious!!! Enjoyed the evening !!! And downtown Indio is really going in the right direction !!!!

    It was a wonderful first time experience at Jackalope Ranch. The ambience was great, the service was on point where we didn’t have to ask for anything as our server was attentive to us. The food was delicious and amazing, we would definitely return and recommend!
