Our culinary team uses many regional ingredients to create a truly delectable menu including hand cut steaks, wild game, fresh seafood and nightly specials. The Huntley Dining Room is open for breakfast daily from 6:30-10:30am, Bar and Lounge 4-10pm, and for dinner 5-10pm featuring Montana favorites. Located in the Huntley Lodge. Reservations are encouraged for dinner, walk-ins are always welcome. Please call 406-995-5791 if you are running late for your reservation as we may not be able to hold your table longer than 15 minutes past your reservation time.

New this winter, Everett’s 8800 introduces an inspired prix-fixe dining experience that marries technical precision with Montana's bold spirit. Led by Executive Chef Nathan Bramlett, lunch and dinner services will offer a four-course prix-fixe menu for $155 per guest or a six-course tasting menu for $225, with the option to enjoy curated wine pairings.Everett’s 8800 is open daily for lunch with two seatings; 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Live DJ sets raise the energy of the experience starting at 1 p.m., Friday through Sunday.Dinner will be available Wednesday through Saturday evenings from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.Everett’s 8800 is located at the top of Andesite Mountain and is accessible via the Ramcharger 8 chairlift.     It was the most outstanding experience in terms of customer service. The chef came to our table and delivered us a free pasta. He was incredibly kind. The food is great, but is pricey and we were surprised to see a $50 corkage fee. Regardless, the service was outstanding, and the experience was incredible and we will return.

    Great food! Our server was really sweet and when food was taking a little longer than the norm, the server went out of the way to accommodate us with a free drink and appetizer.

    We had a wonderful Christmas dinner at Peaks. Christian, our amazing server, was top notch. The food, cocktails and hot chocolate for our boys were outstanding and we will definitely be back. Only downside was the desert offerings - chocolate soufflé wasn’t available so we ordered the bread pudding and tiramisu. Both were just ok but we wouldn’t order either again. My husband had an affogato and it was excellent.

    This place was great. We met the owner, Matty K and he was awesome. The food was very good. Everything‘s made right there from scratch. We had the rainbow trout dinner, which was awesome. All in all just a really cool spot with good people. Highly recommended.
