Really enjoyed the Cote breakfast on New Year’s Day. Excellent food, very pleasant and efficient staff - just a little noisy. This is as a result of sound bouncing off all the hard surfaces. We recently attended similar restaurants that have installed ceiling baffles that improved the noise significantly.

Staying in the local area for a week, saw the sign for the countryman and decided to book a table for the carvey on Sunday. We turned up with our dog at 2.45pm and shown to our table. Ideal position in a corner with plenty of room for us and the dog to lay out. We both went for the carvery and I can tell you yhat you won't be disappointed, choice of 3 meats and help yourself to roasties and plenty of vegetables. Only £13.95 for the regular size, there is a small plate for children and a large plate for those with a real big appetite. Didn't have room for a pudding but a good selection at reasonable prices. Definitely going back during the week to try something from the daily menu. Very enjoyable visit.

Modern Italian Masterpiece Dining at Al Molo was a true culinary delight. This restaurant brilliantly combines a modern take on traditional Italian dishes, creating a dining experience that feels both innovative and authentic. Every dish was a masterpiece, balancing bold flavors with elegant presentation. From start to finish, the food was absolutely delicious and beautifully plated—each plate looked like a work of art. Choosing a favorite dish was impossible because every single one was exceptional. The staff were a highlight of the experience, providing attentive, friendly, and highly knowledgeable service. Their expertise in pairing the perfect wine with our meal made the evening even more special. The ambiance was flawless—modern, yet warm and inviting—making it the perfect setting for a memorable meal. For anyone seeking a fresh take on Italian cuisine, I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. I’ll definitely be returning to savor more of their innovative menu!

We would like to thank everyone at the Spice Ship Weymouth for such an amazing Christmas Day meal. It was absolutely lovely from start to finish. The pub itself was decorated like something out of a fairytale! We are going to book again for next year! Can’t wait!

We ate here for Xmas Eve , we wanted somewhere that served delicious food but in a quiet atmosphere as we were with my elderly parents who are hard of hearing This restaurant was perfect in both ways, excellent tasty dishes well prepared and served. And not at all noisy , tables well spaced apart and we ate early so not busy either
