Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher.     6:00 PM reservation. Arrived early and taken immediately. Seated in a nice booth and greeted immediately with water and bread. The waiter, exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, then greeted us and served us exceptionally prepared drinks and provided special options. We got the 8-ounce filet and the lamb chops both expertly prepared and sooooo tasty. The scallopped potatoes and cream corn were also excellent. Creme Broulee dessert for two with berries was fresh. The entire evening was so well done. This is our "go-to" place for all our celebrations and we are never disappointed.

    Christmas Eve dinner. Festive, lively atmosphere without being too loud for easy conversation. Service was excellent, beginning with the accommodation of a late addition guest. Staff was there for every need and question yet never made us feel rushed—even though our meal went past closing. I expected great food and was not disappointed. Oysters were particularly good and French-pressed coffee always adds a great finishing touch. My teenagers had a great time and have a new appreciation for real food. Highly recommend.
