As the name suggests, P.S. Steak was established to continue the story of the historic space that was once famed La Belle Vie. As Chef Mike DeCamp spent 10 years at the former French restaurant, this will be his homecoming and opportunity to write his own chapter for the space. P.S. Steak disrupts the perceptions of a typical steakhouse while honoring the legacy of one of the great culinary foundations in the Twin Cities. The restaurant features an elevated yet accessible seasonal menu, along with a variety of cuts of meat, dry aged in a display case.The lounge has been given a modern makeover with chic furniture and marble table tops.     We visited Manny’s three days in a row and are not even staying at The W! We had lunch twice and were so impressed that we’re having dinner tonight!!! The food was outstanding, and the service was top top notch! Kudos to our busboy Louis, one of the hardest working people I have met, and our waiter Jorge and waitress Catherine! All of these staff members were very hardworking, professional and friendly and made our experience exceptional. Kudos also to the manager on duty Greg Williams for helping us secure our dinner reservations and appreciating our comments.

    Hell’s Kitchen was a great experience for me and my girlfriend. The server was amazing she was very attentive and even asked if we had any questions as well as offered recommendations. Food was amazing honestly we were both going to come for just burgers but ended up getting the bison birria tacos and the steak. Drinks were good. Ambiance was great with the outlook of everything. Music wasn’t our choice of music but nonetheless was a great experience all around.

    We had a great experience on Valentine’s Day. From the moment we walked in until we left we were treated with great service. Our server Melia was very knowledgeable and helpful in the choices we made. She provided very personable service. Our food was very delicious. We both had the lamb shank. They provided us with a very nice knife for cutting our meat. This was not needed because the meat literally fell off the bone as soon as you touched it.

    It was our anniversary and my boyfriend’s first time at Billy’s. He loved the experience and the atmosphere of the place. Excellent sushi, very fresh. Will for sure be returning. I cannot remember our servers name but she was so welcoming and friendly!
